Traditional cheese tasting in Seville
The tastings are held in one the best cheese store in Seville la Casa Orzáez, and consist of a tasting of 4 cheeses made in our Mare Nostrum cheese factory. They are pieces of raw goat milk, native breed of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, with a livestock in extensive and without added ferments, which makes it a true reflection of the territory they come from. All the process is manual from beginning to end.
The pairing is made with two natural wines, without chemical sulphites or yeasts added. They are small wine producer with a character equally very marked. We also accompany them with dough loaves mother and organic flours made in Seville. It is a different and very enriching plan for anyone looking for unique know local and authentic products, following the philosophy of Slow Food movement.
